hey all
its about 3~ 4 weeks,
i cant sleep at night ! honestly i afraid to sleep
i hear voice, and i feel someone TOUch me, someone LOOK at me,
i feel , someone, put me FEAR in me...
when i close my eyes, at the moment, that i get to fall in sleep.
someone call me said my name or said HEY !
then i wake up, and have bad feeling and fear !
also , i have some heavy and power vibration, that i had never in theta phase, ( i practiced the RV 6 month ago ) ...
anyway ! its very bad feel, maybe spirit, shadow or i dont know ?!
maybe good spirit, my spirit guide ?
or maybe im wrong,...
can someone help me ????

It could be someone asking for help?

Or, if it is danger, try visualizing a white barrier around yourself for a few moments, integrating with you. In other words, SHIELD YOURSELF!

If you're the religious type, pray.

But be sure to listen. It could be a cry for help.

My sleeping-pill : continuously chant (silently or aloud) "together off, ...together off ,..." until you went to sleep. It works for me all the time.

Maybe the person is 'injured'? Perhaps they're a spirit needing a voice in this world? Maybe they just want you to do some small, insignificant thing?
