a few months ago a friend called me and as we were talking I got images of something hanging at a door in her house. She was telling me her husband was having some health problems, and she needed to talk. so as we talked I ask her to walk thur her house to the area, Idiscribed different parts of the house and led her to that door way. I told her it was hanging from the upper right hand corner of the door. She sence it too then and spoke to it, telling me it was a child spirit and it was lonely. So after she talk to it for a while, with me on the fone, I could see it move up to the attic, (but it was still just a blob of engery). After a day or two this had occured her husband started regaining his health. My question is how do I boost my power to the point I can see not just a blob of engery but also see clearly what the form is? just one little note she is on the west coast and im on the east coast.

I believe you have to work on your 3rd eye...
meditation is always good. Meditate on being able to see them clearly... etc.
