Hey all :)

I dont know if this is the right forum but ill write it anyway.

I need an explanation i want to know what this is.

I can do a little electrokinesis, but not much i can only feel tickling in my hands. Somtimes when i want, i can somehow gather up a kind of energy, you know squeese my hands together and just explode in eneryg inside myself. ´When im tired i somtimes just emagine that i raise myself and just i feel the energy flow all over my body like a light in the darkness wich turn everything into light. Its a very strong energy. but why can i do it? why do i somtimes just explode inside and feel this very strong energy?

I feel like i have to do it. Like something inside me want to get out. I just dont understand it? what can i use it for?
what is it? its extremely strong it makes me feel that everything is possible. I just need to know i think its very spirtually. Its hard to explain.

Read books, talk to nature, talk to self, meditate, drum, dance, chant, play with the elements, release eeenrgy into different energy sytems and see how they react, absorbed different energies from various sytems and see how you react, write, scream, find cool rocks ANYTHING.....do anything you can to learn and better understand your ego and the functions of your astral self....
If you ask for an answer and listen real hard....you'll always get it........

I love it, its like im moving my soul somtimes, in the future, in the past and everywhere. its relaxing, comftorable, recharging, renewing, energetic, spirtually, soulrecharging, dreaming, flying.

read everything, research everything with a an open mind and a relaxed heart. and you will find. kundalini, breath energy. be carfull what you do, down the line their are things that have little boundrys, if overcome its all good, if not they must be watched.
