I am new to energy work and trying to use it to help me with manifestation. Can anyone help me with some ideas on how to get started?

Visualization and belief that you can have whatever it is that you want is a good start.

Being grateful is another good way to manifest things into your life.

I think I read somewhere picturing a purple flame in your heart while think of your intent (desire) I'll have to check up on that to make sure.

Find pictures of whatever it is that you want and look at them everyday and believe/pretend that you already have them. Your emotions are very important to manifesting.

Writting a positive affirmation 100 times... will also work I like to use "I will allow" at the begining of each statement.

These are just some of the ways you can manifest... having the right frame of mind and emotions is very important. You can't manifest anything thinking "I'm going to win my dream car... but in the back of your mind going yeah right I'll never win my dream car. Its important to be specific, positive and decisive about what you really want... if not your just confusing the hell out of the universe, god, spirit... whom ever you believe in. Basically having an arguement with yourself... yes I want this, no I don't... etc.

Or you can have our manifestation master help you out.

The key to manisfestation is to alter or influence the energy sytems or arrangements of your physical enviroment to produce or affect the current in the way you so desire...or to overpower the current definites of a situation to allow your possibility to become reality.
...for any manifestation to be effective you have to create a path or a system for the eenergy you will raise or direct to influence and create the probability of your desired manifestation to become reality....if you can't visualize your desire being fullfilled, if you can't concieve how it's going to work, or how the energy in the expression of a physcial or emotional request will manifest it will most likely never occur...
...if you want money you can't hope it to just appear....you have to create the possible path or the "how" for that money to come ito your life....
...our reality is an over lapping system of definites and rules, for a eenrgy user to alter energy currents they must understand how to raise and direct energy, how different systems or energy classes react to the introduction of other eenrgies, as well as how to feed chaos or possibility into the structred systems of of life.
...any energy you raise or direct toward this manifesttaion will only strengthen the possibility of success...but as you always hear, acceptance of ability and possibility is essential.....you cannot achieve anything you don't believe....
....create a path for the possibility to travel, raise and direct energy to that desire. Approach yur attempted manifestation with the "how" and "when" attitude apposed to the "I hope it works" attitude. But also observe and analyse how energy systems exist and function in your physcial realm as well as how to alter and influence those systems by enetering manipulated energy into the flow....
....another good tool to utilze is the power of sysmbols and talismens....if used properly...sysmbols are powerful because they alter and effect the vibrations of energies they are around....so if one can manipluate and utilize the altered vibrations towards their concieved "how" of the manifestation it becomes even easier to influence the universe to manifest your deire or eenrgy expression.

For me, Visualize your own energy as a fire burning in your chest, the see it going from your chest out to your palms and forming an energy ball. Then it will be easier to learn energy
