to block PDE5 { phosphodiesterase type 5 } from breaking down cGMP { cyclic guanosine monophosphate } in the penis. to have rock hard erections on demand. with no side effects, to my mind or body. but to only block PDE5 in the penis not the rest of the body. so they say the more a person thinks about getting an erection he wont. now the more i think about getting an erection i will get the erection. no more erection drugs needed after this manifestation comes about. it will all be built in me automatically, without side effects.
