For the longest time I knew Who I Was, but lately I have been losing My way and have been feeling a seperation between Who I Am and Who I Think I am. Does anyone have any advice?

We all feel like that at some point in our lives Josh. The thing to remember is, we are not our thoughts, our brains or even our bodies. Those are just things we live in to escape from reality. We are more than that.
Our thoughts dont care about us, so why should we care about them.
We have to use our brains like the tool they where meant to be.
and our bodies are a vehicle for the soul, which will always be good, it can never be bad.
there are two paths you can take, one with heart and one without.

Hi Josh,
Be very careful and very aware. It is a time for you to use your head - THINK, don't be whimsical.
It's time for you to think about what you believe is the way you should live your life. NOT what would be fun, make you look good in the eyes of others or feel good about yourself - often the choice we neeed to make does nothing for us in those reguards.

Go back to your basics. It's time to take a look at how your are supose to live your life and how you can do that.
