I've read the posted manual and I assume all you have to do to attune ones self to different levels of Reiki is to just ask you higher self. No second person or Reiki practioner is needed.

Have people actually tried this. There are no posts indicating that anyone has actually got some results from this.

Hi, Banto: The method has been fail safe for me and for many others that i know who have tried it. Give it a try yourself, and you'll see.
