Meditation Image working with channeling Blue Light Theta Wave Energies. I just finished this one and it seems to already be very powerful for helping to relax and induce Theta wave activity. Simply if you are new to meditation or energy, work, sit back and relax while trying to slow reparations to a steadier common rate while focusing on the inner most sphere of the image.

Relax and slowly breathe in and then exhale while finding a rate, which is more relaxing and soothing. Usually longer, deeper breaths do this for most. Focus on the center of the image while imaging the center radiating outward notice after a few short minutes the image will appear as if it begins to glow radiating soft purple, blue and then pink light from its outer spheres. Imagine yourself becoming engulfed and bathing in this energy field. The effect is notably enhanced when placed on a white background such as Displayed in Windows Photo Gallery viewer.

After using this technique for a few days it should have a calming effect on physical stress.
