Here's a few handpicked screensavers which I have used now and then for the purpose of training myself in self-hypnosis and visualization.

I've posted the links here for anyone else who might like to try them and incorporate them into their own personal training & excercises:

I particularly enjoy the TV Static visual as it allows me to perform a technique, similar to scrying, where I begin to visualize moving images, shapes and visions amongst the randomly swirling snow pattern. It kind of reminds me of the movie Poltergeist where the little girl hears whispers and sees ghost-like images moving around amongst the static.
