practice concentrating on candles. Try lighting a match and holding it and put it out with your mind, then try to relight it. Though technicaly it wont relight, you want to keep it bright

If that does not work you could look into developing your own techniques. I find this method very useful because the method is already induced with your energy vibs. But the biggiest thing is that you have to believe inyour technique.

It is good to try creating your own techs, as long as you accept that they will do their job. Try to do as much research as possible, on the subject, from the internet, books, poeple, TV, etc...That will really help you learn and understand more about it...Good luck! -again...lol!-
