I have read some on this method and am thinking about the home study. Does anyone have any experience and results with this in developing psychic abilities and healing?

Hi I tried the Silva Ultramind home study course, I bought it hoping it would help with my situation (finding employment mainly) even though it was a stretch to afford it. I thought there was a lot of blowing about how great the Silva method was on the course, but not too much practical instruction. I ended up returning it for my money back, v dissapointed.
Don't know if that helps, maybe you should try it you may get more out of it.

Try the free bit if you like but it's VERY expensive after that. Crying or Very sad

There`s also books on the Silva Method. I`m reading one of them and it seems to be really effective. I am also going to use the Silva Ultramind link you posted. Thanks for it!...
After I finish reading my book, I`ll be sure to post some of the techniques and stories, if possible.

I did the free course and also went to the library and read one of the books (also for free) where I learned some of the advanced methods.

I do think it works.

His falling asleep method works really well. You start at 100, picture a blackboard and you write the number, and say it to yourself, then you erase it and write 99, keep going. That does make me fall asleep.

The three screens meditation method is also good. You visualize 3 screens, one to the left, one in the middle, one to the right. Bring your eyes up about 30 degrees (with them closed while you are meditating of course). On the first screen, see the thing you want to change the way it is now, on the second, action you will take/are taking, on the third the desired end result.

Let's say you want to loose weight. On the first screen, see yourself as you are. On the second screen visualize yourself doing something(s) to change that (say exercising), on the last screen see yourself at your goal weight.

You have to be dedicated to do the meditatioin and visualizations consistently if you want them to work. If you make the effort yes I do think they work. Like anything else, make it your own, find what works best for you.

I tried the Silva Method, but got rid of it after one of the counsellors I created in the exercises tried to possess me.
