I've been seeing a lot of spirits for the past two weeks now. my gifts are usually clairesence, i normally don't see much, and i haven't seen much of anything for about a year but for the past two weeks i've been seeing all kinds of spirits. i'm haveing a hard time distinguishing between spirits of the decesed, guides, and so on. how can i tell the difference how do i know what to do with these spirits? i've been able to do a lot of unusuall things ever since i was a kid and as most people in this area, have been labled a freak and do not openly talk much about this, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

that is strange that you mention the year thing. I too have all of a sudden started to seeing more activity after a year of hardly anything. The other morning I awoke up to see feel this 3-D presence sitting on the bed next to me. I am more clarivoyant that clariescent. Just curious did you meditate this last year?
