It sounds like you need to be a bit more specific. For example, when do you want to be a master of Psionics. Like would 50,000 lifetimes from now be ok?

I would like to be sufficient in ALL aspects of psionics (within the scope of reality) before my 16th birthday.

Sufficient? In what way? I mean if you mean by society's standards of sufficient you shouldn't have any psychic ability by your 16th birthday.

Specify, specify, specify. Say exactly what you want and don't want. And if you find that too much work, or don't know exactly what you want, then you haven't thought about it enough.

Please manifest that I have the ability to manipulate my precognative abilities, so that I can purposefully have a premonition whenever I want to, regarding whatever subject that I choose.

Also, that I have thermokinesis, both on the pyro and cryo ends. I will be able to change the temperature of any and all objects that I choose to do so with, and be able to control this ability very precisely.

I also would like for the process of copatterning to be completed by my 16th birthday, so that I will be completely empathically aware.

I would like to also be a master of pendulum dowsing, with all information requested by me to be returned accurately.

Hope that this is specific enough,
