ok i have a stupid question !!

I was wondering that during the sleep when one gets somehow concious(like when changing the position during sleep ,without opening the eyes and lying on the bed) and performing mind seduction or any other mind power technique at that time , how would that be and which state of mind is that ,is that theta or what ?

what do u ppl say ? i know thats kinda wierd question but it came in my mind i asked u ppl !!

That is very low alpha, but not what we call theta.

Conscious theta feels very strange. I usually can't feel my body during theta and most of the time I get in a pre-obe state since I have not had an actual obe yet.

As for the effect of mps during these states, it is all clearly explained in the MPS manual by Amargi Hillier.
