Hello everyone,

I recently got my first Kundalini Reiki attunement, and have been practicing some reiki stuff. I'm a beginner so I dunno where this will lead me.

But to those who've already had Kundalini Reiki attunements and have practiced the reiki exercises, what sorts of results have you achieved?

I had kundalini attunement recently, not a Reiki one. This activation has been gentle for me and each day I feel a spontaneous movement which my body has no choice but to follow. The kundalini seems to be clearing my central tube, chakras and body of negativity. I usually sit for about 30 minutes and let my body become immersed in the energy and the energy becomes really spontaneous. If there was two words to describe it, it would be "peaceful bliss."

I gave distance Kundalini Reiki attunements for a few years.

My teacher was Ole Gabrielsen from Denmark.

I was attuned by Hieu Doan at life mastery guilds.

I haven't got the esoteric warrior yet, but I'm using the higher self meditation and psychic mastery one and they are very much the real deal. I've always had a connection with my hs, but the clarity and strength is a lot more now.
