I am one for having dreams and flash pictures etc. I know the difference between a regular dream, a dream that will happen just as it was in the dream, a dream that has symbolic meaning, a dream that is happening at that moment somewhere else, a dream that is someone elses really - you get the idea. There are many that I am not even asleep for.
Well, there is this one particular dream (not exactly the same every time), but the same in it's contents and meening that I've had off and on for 25+ years. Maybe once in a year or so. It's significant in it's meaning and carrys alot of wieght.
Now, instead of 'having the dream' and the ideas, thoughts, feelings and meanings that come with it - I just got all those things without actualy 'having the dream'. I knew the dream, I knew it was as if I'd had the dream, but I didn't actualy have to dream it to get the message! It's like they said, "Hey, Ang, you know that dream?...." LOL
Oh I do pray this is progress as I believe it may be! I am soooo excited!!!!!
Also, instead of having a dream or whatever about the dumptruck rolling slowly down the hill - I just got the 'remenents of a dream' as if I'd had it and was remembering it -only I didn't have the dream. I thought this would be easy to explain - maybe I was wrong. <one eyebrow up>
Anyway - it feels like progress!
OH! I must tell you all something that we problably all know, but it was like - Oh yeah! Light bulb went off ...
Living in the present. It's the only way we can truely be receptive and perceptive RIGHT NOW. Sounds easy, but it means not worrying or thinking about the past, the future, "what if", what he or she did or might be thinking etc.
