This is where you get to be artistic draw four Circles one within the other live this;
Make it as large as you like in the outermost circle draw an artistic impression of how you think other people see you. In the next circle in draw an artistic impression of how you see your self the next circle in draw your subconscious and in the centre draw your spirit meditate on this for one week.
