does anyone have any idea of theta brainwave level and creating coincidents by visualizing that incident in that theta brainwave level.please share whatever information you people have.

I think theta brainwave is the deepest relaxation level next from alpha. In theta, you are very relaxed and visualization has more clarity. Some people could even make it easy to meditate and visualize in an alpha-theta level.

Most people when in theta tends to go to sleep coz this was the entrance to deep sleep to delta waves. REM dreaming is in theta brainwave, so dreams looks so real that a person couldn't differentiate if its a dream or reality. It is so vivid and looks very real. So when in theta and you're awake then spontaneous vivid visions could sometimes occur and its natural.
