hello there, I had kind of a frightening experience after meditating with a Prehnite and Blue Chalcedony (aka blue lace agate). I am unable to visualize while meditating, but can sometimes make my vision fill with corresponding chakra colors when I focus on them. Immediately after attaining a meditative state I began to see flashing pulses of green light and felt strong vibrations in my heart and solar plexus chakras. I tried to focus on the light and vibrations and out of nowhere My mind becomes flooded with negative memories and thoughts. I felt extremely light headed and for the next two hours I was vomiting, had diarrheal, broke out in sweat all over my body and had a terrible burning sensation in my solar plexus. The pain was so intense I was unable to stand for a good 20 minutes. It was early in the morning before breakfast and I didn't have Nything out of the ordinary to eat the day before. my boyfriend attempted sending me white light energy and while he was doing this I kept seeing strange yellow and green geometric patterns. After about 10 minutes everything subsided and I felt normal aside from a general weakness and light headed feeling. Is it possible that my solar plexus opened? I have heard this can cause sudden unpleasant gastric issues. Or did some type of negative spirit come into me and I was trying to purge it out? I wonder if the pulses of green light and flood of negativity are connected. Can anyone provide any insight? Anything is greatly appreciated, I do not want to get in over my head. Confused
