I have a meditation type question. For a year and a half I was unemployed and had tons of time. But since working now for a year iv felt so disconnected, don't feel much non physical things and don't even feel my crystals anymore. I don't have time anymore to meditate too much. Would it be better to make a space in my room to try and meditate, so I can always be in the same place. Or would it be better to be outdoors now that's its becoming summer and more warm? Also any tips. Lately I feel like my mind is all over the place. Thank you.

from your message i can see that you're using suggestion and NLP techniques in a negative manner against yourself. "try" presupposes failure and is used extensively in NLP type work. "don't have time" is one of the most popular justifications people have for anything. start telling yourself "i WILL meditate" and "i DO have time" and things of that nature. there is vast neuroscience behind this but in summary you experience conforms to your thought patterns. you need to change your thought patterns in order to change your experience.
i could go on and on about things like this but it's all been said before. a very good book, if you can get hold of a copy, is The Structure Of Magic by Bandler and Grinder - the fathers of NLP.
you may find it helpful to start thinking along the lines of "i can get up 10 minutes earlier in the morning so i can meditate". is 10 minutes sacreficed sleep worth the benefits you will receive?
tell your mind, repeatedly, that something is true and it will faithfully go about arranging things so that it IS true. that knowledge can work in your favor.
good luck
