So I was meditating and when I finished and start sleeping I feel this wave of warm energy flow up my spine and then gathered around my back and proceed up my head and out. Now I feel full of energy and head and neck hurts. Possible kundailini awakening?

maybe.when you're awakening,things will start coming to you that seem so obvious that you'll wonder how you ever missed them.you'll probably share your new found wisdom with those around you,in order to help them and yourself.be warned,the average joe is so caught up in the illusion of what he or she has created,that no amount of explanation will help pull the wool from over their eyes.you'll jjust end up cycling yourself through never ending frustrations.concentrate on yourself and pulling that wool back even further.there's always more of it:)

well im kind of still shaken on the whole energy rising part right now. it was like i automatically know that it must exit out of my crown. have you experienced a your whole body being crushed by a unknown pressure sometime after it exited?

i am unsure what you exactly mean by 'crushed'.i have experienced my entire body vibrating or humming.that's about as close an explanation as i can get.i guess i could describe it as a crushing sensation.i do get that at my heart chakra,sometimes it feels like a huge emptiness there,like someone has punched a hole in the center of my chest.that i could easily describe as crushed.if this is the kind of feeling you mean,it's a typical and very common experience as your body releases the pent up energy from the years.i'm not sure if i expressed that properly.Kundalini could be looked as an astonomical Reiki session,the cleansing of you body,24 hours a day for years on end.

it felt like energy colliding in different directions within my body and that caused the crushing feeling. after that i felt that my third eye was piercing hot pain that is digging deeper within my head.

this dense heavy energy was in the chest area. i felt my crown started to pull it up and it started going higher and as the energy goes up from my chest.
