There's this spirit that has been following me for the past month now. At first it would just be in the same room as I was in and do nothing. Now this past week it has done numerous this from pulling off my blankets in the middle of the night to choking me and letting me go just before I would pass out. One of my friends who has been through this before has told me what she could see and told me it was a little boy. After she told me that it was a child I have tried speaking to him through my friend, but the child ran off. I honestly have no clue what to do. This isn't the first time a spirit has followed me around. I've had an adult follow my around and it has play with me when I was 5 and no one esle would, then it left. But with this little boy, I don't have a single clue on how to go about this. And the only way I can ever till he's around is by this humming feeling all over me.
Is there any advise or something on how to go about this?
