I've been living in this house for a year now. A few weeks ago I heard noises in my kitchen, like someone was moving around things, setting things on the cabinet. Thinking my stepson was in the kitchen, I got up to look. No one was there.
A few days ago I was in my bedroom and I can see my kitchen from there. I saw a flash of a figure go by. Again, came out of my room and looked to see who was there. No one.
A couple of days ago, same thing. I was in the kitchen and turned to see that figure running away.
My husband's wife died here in the bedroom. He hasn't had the house very long. There was an elderly couple here previously for many years and the man's mother lived downstairs. All of these people are now deceased and I don't know if anyone died here other than my husband's wife.
This is a first for me and not sure if I should try to do something to contact this person. When I first heard the noises before I saw anything, it scared me and I left the house for hours. But seeing this doesn't frighten me. Is there a way to contact or should I just leave this person alone?
