Hello Juan,
There is an area of dark energy in your throat and the 5th chakra is about 70% closed. Dark energy also resides in the head, back of neck, upper back down to the lower back area.
A cord is attached to the upper back/neck area and connected to a dark entity, someone who passed on not long ago. Seems you were aquainted with this person and not on good terms.
This dark energy is affecting all chakras and is begining to affect the physical and mental energy patterns.
Meditate, shield yourself and communicate with your Source for help. It is imperative that you do something to stop this invading negativity. You have that ability, now is the time to put it into action.

thank you Lenred! I will put a shield and do some protection rituals. I just can't think of anyone I know that died recently...

For instance, it could have been someone you met in a crowd that didn't like you for some reason, anyone, possibly within the last several months. At this point it really dosen't matter. The dark attachments are the main consideration.
