Hello Alexander,
You have been some place recently, physically and/or mentally where you picked up a dark entity and associated energies which are manipulating the energy patterns in your abdominal area and back. That is predominate at this time. If you feel discomfort or pain I suggest you contact your healthcare provider. All chakras are affected, the lower 3 more than the others.
Whenever you meditate, use programs which place you in an altered state, dream, OBE, etc., you will be in the astral realm. There you may encounter anything, as in 'paranormal'. Without adequet knowledge of the astral and protection (shielding etc.), one is quite vulnerable to the dark.
In addition, always call upon your Source for protection and have positive loving thoughts in order to have positive encounters. The dark cannot tolerate the light of love.

Hello Lenred. Thank you. I most likely picked up this wonderful dark entity in my sleep. I need to get into the habit of grounding myself and calling on spiritual protection every night before going to bed. I did some intense energy clearing on myself yesterday and grounded myself and brought in white light and spiritual protection as I always do, however I would have been fairly weak when I went to bed and didn't think about it.
You posted your response at around noon my time. Not sure when you did the scan but about 4 hours before the post I was asleep and was awakened for some reason out of a really wonderful dream (it was very peaceful) anyway I had a spiritual attack which I haven't had since I was a young boy.
This dark entity you speak of pummeled me and I had one hell of a fight to get it to stop. I instantly tried bringing in white light to fill me up but could not. Eventually after trying to focus I was finally able to bring in the white light intensely and get it off and then instantly fell back asleep. You would never guess where it kept attacking? My stomach area which is fairly tender today.
I will focus and pray about this and will bring in the white and golden light and send love to this entity. There is a lesson to be learned here and I will find it and learn from it and thank this entity but make it clear it is not wanted any longer.
I'll play the Beatles song "All You Need is Love". It should appreciate that. LOL.
