im looking for some insight as to how to cure myself of panic attacks. iv heard that feeling love for the body through meditation is intensely beneficial for the bodies organs and health. iv tried this technique and it eases me temporarily but for some reason not completely. i experience panic attacks that cause me stress and fear for my health specifically my heart. i know i am healthy and too young to be experiencing anything dramatic for my health. but my psychological mind set is damaging my way of life and increasing my heart rate throughout the day causing anxiety and discomfort. i play sports and am not overweight. i want to be cured completely of psychological depression, anxiety and fear so as to enjoy my social life and focus on my studies. recently i find it difficult to eat because of panic. can someone please suggest a technique to cure me of this anxiety. i find meditation cures it completely but not for long and i want to be able to feel the need to eat again... any insights will be appreciated, thank you.

Hi Omnipresence,as i stated in the other post of sending love to the physical body for better health.In this case of curing anxiety and panic attacks,project the love energy from your heart to the lower energies you are feeling.
The method i have found most helpful is projecting all your uneasy feelings into the love center(heart chakra) of your being.This creates a balloon of acceptance in your emotional body.
Send love to the emotional body until you feel at peace with yourself.You will get better results if you do this in deep meditation where your mind and nerves are calmer.
Love overcomes fear all the time.

When you feel a panic attack coming on it may help to work on your breathing. Unfortunately it took many years of holding on to negative thoughts and will take time for you to overcome this. BUT it can be done....and will be easier if you seek help. It doesn't feel good and is not healthy for your mind or spirit to suffer in this way. You need to understand the root cause before it causes more damage to your well being. The first step was recognizing something was wrong and reaching out.
