Hi kaybee,

Some dark energy resides in the back of your head, your forehead, 6th chakra, and in the top of the head, 7th chakra. A strong cord is connected to the middle back affecting the 3rd chakra. The chakras depict confusion, anger, frustration and other fear. There is also a dark entity in your space manipulating your energy systems to boot. The cord is from another entity that is not as dark.

You have some work to do if you want to resume a "normal life". Meditation is at the top of the list along with communication with your Source for the help you need. You can do it if you have the desire to take action.
