does anybody here know of any kind of manifesting to get rid of addictions
i.e. smoking,drinking gambling anythig at all that really works thanks

Subconscious manifestation can often work. The way to do that, is to place sticky notes (Or a strip of paper sticky taped) on various common places in your house with your intention.

The intention should be something like "I don't want to drink anymore". Place this in key areas where you won't be able to avoid it, like maybe the bathroom mirror where you brush your teeth, on the door to your room (On both sides) on your refrigerator. And if you are doing something like drinking, television, eating, or computer addiction. Place a note on the object you'd use to continue the addiction. (IE placing a sticky note directly on the monitor of a TV is a great way not to watch it.)

Of course you'll also want to if possible move the additive item out of your reach. If its an electronic device unplug it. (That way if you turn it on by instinct, it won't turn on, and you'll remember your intention) or if its smoking for example, make sure you toss all your cigerettes, and don't buy any more.

Lastly however, additions can be chemical, and will alone will not let you conquer them, so you may want to think of going to a rehab center, or some sort of group of others trying to quit.

if you want to quit smoking just focus on something like "stop smoking habits" and they shall all vanish.
