Hi, Can someone give me some info on this? I don't know if this is what I've experienced twice now but is it when your sleeping and your dream feels so real??? Last night I was sleeping and it felt like I woke up but it was really strange I was scared and it didnt' know what to do. One other time it happened I saw someone standing in my doorway and was soo scared I was trying to wake my husband up but we were both sleeping because I awoke to find it was only a dream but both times it felt real, I don't know how to explain it, it just sounds crazy but I want to know how do I get past being scared if that is what it is, I've heard of out of body experiences with astral projection or travel, Does anyone know how exactly does it work? What can I do to get past being scared if that is what it is.

That sounds more like lucid dreaming than astral projection to me.

If you'd like to know more about astral projection here is a great website that helped me have my first oobes: http://www.robertpeterson.org/chap01.html

but right now it may seem you might want more information on lucid dreaming.... lucid dreaming is being able to control your dreams. I do this all the time though i'm not quite sure how its just started happening to me and i keep doing it so i must be doing something right.
