I will personally create a mind movie where i go to school or work and several people commenting how tall i am.eg.WOW,you are so tall,look at that seven foot guy over there.etc.Something like that with more detail.Visualize the things you will do when you achieve your desired height.This will help make your subconscious mind believe you are actually growing tall.You can try that method at least twice daily for 6 months.This is something that has to be done with physical exercises.I recommend the Cobra and basic leg stretch exercises to compliment the visualization techniques.Avoid measuring your height everyday or it may begin to create doubts in your mind.Goodluck.

hi Perfume nice to meet ya , i'm your fans since i read your posts on mind power seduction thread, you're so awesome man! you can manifest your benz & car rental bussines 
ok as i know on the thread on the thread how to change eye color
you have to focus on navel chakra which responsible on genetic
as i know the height of people is also a factor from genetic
so no need to foucs on navel area/chakra first?

You can focus on the navel chakra if you're more comfortable with it.I just think its much easier to just visualize the end result with height increase.
