I have Heard a Rumor that you can capture spirits in jars by using different types of flowers such as rose pedals and ect im not sure how true this is and it was said that when you do capture a spirit bury it in the ground far away from the place it was captured any one know anything about this if its true or not?

Yep it's true..In old traditions the shamanic occult doctors would do just this utilizing jars/bottles and different plants,etc and bound the spirits to the vessel..then bury it far away..or throw it in the sea
That's why in the Caribbean people say when you see a bottle floating by the beach do not pick it up and do not open it..lest you let loose the spirit which might possibly get and inkling to hassle the person who opened the vessel..
In the Eastern Arab countries there are also people who sell bounded spirits in bottles to people (spirits that they caught and tamed with magick,etc). The spirit would have to do the bidding of the one who owned the vessel..This is the origin of the Alladin and the Magic Genie Lamp story..

Ahhh I see how ironic my family is from the Caribbean as well as the middle east and its good to heat that capturing spirits inside jars is possible but do you know how to do it step by step if so i would like to know.

It can be very dangerous to a person who doesn't have enough experience in spirit work.. so no not really..I cannot talk more about it..
You're better off asking your family what they know about it and find someone along those lines to guide you there personally and physically..
It's not something that can be outlined step by step over the internet and is not recommended for amateurs..
