Many of us are taught that we should be non-judgmental. It is not correct to judge an individual for who they are, I will concede that point. But actions can be judged and everyone does it.
There is no decision that we make in which we are not required to make a judgment in order to make that choice. That being so, we are all judgmental. Each of us has a set of things we call evil. By admiting this, we also exhibit judgment.
I believe in live and let live as much as the next person, but that belief stops when others try to force their will on me (or others), as I'm sure happens with everyone. We live in societies where certain types of people work to lord over us in one form or another. Most people accept this and comply, a lot of times without question. It is my choice to not comply whenever I get the opportunity.
The greatest evil is tyranny. There is not one crime of harm against a person that does not have its root in tyrannizing another being. We all have free will. For instance, I can swing my fist all day long, but that choice stops at the end of your nose, for at that point I am violating your free will.
We can all claim being non-judgmental, but in actuality, are we really?

for me the only way to judge someone is to have lived what he has lived .
this brings comprehension of his actions .

Yes, I think we can easily be non-judgemental. I know that I have changed vastly over the last 20 years or so. I used to just jump in and judge without a second thought. Now I am older, calmer, more in charge and in control I find I can assess things, I assess people, comments, experiences, even posts lol. I do not make a judgement, I just unbiasedly assess. That way I can gain knowledge and experience without actually making a judgement. I do not react emotionally, I just act after making the assessment.

Isn't assessing a form of judging? Seems any weighing of facts of circumstances leads to a decision. Assessing - judging, seems more a matter of semantics to me. Both lead to a choice based on their usage.
