So hello everyone,this is my 1st topic in this forum.I would like to ask a few questions on Energy manipulation,like making psi balls etc etc.I have done that many times, i have felt a very strong magnetic field in my left hand so i guess im making in someway right.MY question is this: You basically have to visualise that you draw energy from Earth or Sun,or anything else EXCEPT your own body because this may exhaust you.If i visualise myself doing some work on weight lifts on if i pretent to move/visualise my hand moving but i dont then is this considered a visualation of yourself?I find it much more easier to pretent to move my hand /visualise that i move my hand to gather energy in it than visualising white light or water or anything else drawn from earth or sun.

First you want to go from an outside inside framework to inside outside framework .. So think of yourself like a thermostat or relay or volume knob regulating a bigger flowing system . Also it is easier to work on a smaller energy system ( you ) than outside bigger things .
As for viewing your body self , there are techniques that go from third person to first person and vice versa . So here is one exercise for you .
Countdown from 200 by threes to clear your mind .
Imagine or visualize or pretend seeing a future version of yourself , a vibrant biofield of energy around you , a strong aura . Focus on that , starting out at a few moments , and working towards a little longer , keep it a comfortable state . You want effort , not work . Then step into your glowing vibrant future self .
For an energy cultivation exercise , do these exercises .
Get a nonbreakable saucer / plate and nonbreakable cup .
You can start out with an empty cup , and later on you add water in your cup
Then get in a stance like you are shooting a bow in the relative northwest direction with the cup on the plate and your thumb , index , and middle finger gripping the plate . As a timer start your countdown at 50 by threes , and work your way up in time every now and then . The basic formula is a multiple of 3 then subtract 1 .
Then switch to the relative northeast direction .
That counts as one set . Do three sets .
The next exercise is get in a stance like you are riding a horse , and pretend you are hugging a tree . In case you are wondering ,as a posture metric , put your hands on your hips , and line up the outside of your feet with the tip of your elbow . For now just aim for that general posture , as some will say go with a high , some say low ...
When you can do that for 15 minutes , that is the basic benefit level .
It is ok if you start out with a few minutes .
Are you practicing different shapes and colors with your psi balls ?

Thank you for your reply.These exercises sound great,and ill try to do some of them.As for your question,no im just in the beggining of psi balls.Im just making them.I do not programm them or define a specific-more complicated-shape and color.In fact im following this one and as it seems it has a very high rate of success by the time all of my energy growth through this techique seems to pay off.Here is it """One quick way to learn how to do this is to picture moving your hand....before the muscles actually contract and your hand moves, cancel the signal.
