I've recently been doing a lot of reiki sessions with the intent to balance my chakra system. I've also done some Shamballa cleansing meditations. Basically I just wanna know if any of this is helping at all. I fell like they're doing their job.

Hello bryan,

The upper chakras are doing better including the heart chakra. The lower 3 chakras however are blocked. The abdominal area seems to be problematic for some reason. Have you had this checked out?

I suggest you temporarily focus your meditation and energy sessions on this to find the why and what.

Blocked? Interesting. I guess I do need to figure that out. Thanks a lot my friend. I'd ask you why they're blocked but that might have to wait till next month.

And the stomach thing is probably due to me not eating right I suppose. It's not easy changing one's eating habits.
