Hi Geena,
The cord in the upper back persists and has become even more detrimental to the 5th chakra. The 6th and 7th are now being affected as well. The dark energy in the chest has moved to the right chest area.
Emotional issues are still present which are also affecting the chakras. The female energy, although needing help to move on, is trying to help you in the mean time. She is trying to bring your attention to what you need to to eliminate from your life to get back into the natural flow of energy.
Serious meditation is needed here. I strongly suggest you connect with your Source to find out what you need to do.
