Hello enerbun,
Your physical energy patterns are chaotic and there is dark energy from your feet to a little above your ankles. The hips and lumbar region are also dark. The middle back to the base of the neck is dark. The entity is still present and the chakras are being affected. The portal is quite active with various dark energy forms moving in and out.
I suggest you meditate in ernest connecting with the Archangels and your Source. They are there to help you, but will not do it for you.
