Your best bet is to learn remote viewing... think bilocation, astral traveling, or obe's.
Been astral traveling for years and seeing them is not uncommon.

They like people that don't eat animals. Let me explain, Earthlings are one human species to them - all animals feature a nervous system. Mammals, avians, and reptiles in particular feature: eyes, mouth, digestive tract, anus, sensory things such as limbs, as well as genitals, gonads, brain, nose, etc etc. To them we're a planet of insane cannibals. Now, that's our insincts mind you. They value being superior to our bases, through trying to do the best that we can at every option, every fork in the road. Their societies "way" is for each member to "be their own hero". What that means is to make the decision most in line with the highest good, in yourself primarily. When you look back on your last day of life, you'll have naught to regret. They will come to you, if you employ this way of life. Perhaps, every night say aloud or even in your mind to them that you'd appreciate their friendship and guidance. But the KEY is whether they can trust YOU.or not. Another key part that I forgot to mention is something they taught me: No matter where you are in the Universe, straining to get closer to the light is futile. It expends too much energy and we burn out. If and when you learn to sit still and relax, the star's lights will come to you. Much love again, friend.
