im being blocked by a group of psychics and they wont let me hear anymore
id battle them but theres three or four of them and there pretty good anyway whats happening is it is basically turning me into a worthless skitzo its pretty lame any tips or any one wanna help me out my names alex

Imlunchbox , the zipper exercise is to shield your aura from outside influences . Doing it before you eat is to get you into the habit . Do the zipper exercise for several days , and then we can discuss some synchronizing and strengthening your energy field .

Imlunchbox , here are your next exercises to do .
Sitting in a chair , put your left calf on top of your right knee in a comfortable position . Then grab your left ankle with your right palm , and your left palm on the bottom of your left foot . Do a countdown by threes , say either 101 or 200
Then switch to right calf on left knee , right ankle / left palm right palm bottom left foot and do another countdown by threes
Your next exercise is get into a comfortable position , sitting or lying , close your eyes and in your mind's eye imagine or visualize yourself where you could pass thru anything like walking thru a wall or furniture . Also ANYTHING can pass thru you . Start off with you walking thru objects in your room . Then add in somebody trying to punch you , instead their punch goes right thru without any damage ... then they try a baseball bat or knife which goes right thru you without any damage ... then they try to shoot you with a gun , and the bullet goes right thru you without any damage
This is a metaphor for your subconscious and superconscious , which will make adjustments where their attacks pass right thru you whatever they are
