It actually is a VERY powerful Third Eye activation method. I have been using this video for a couple of days now and my experience has been quite amazing. It's really hard to explain on paper but I will try.
Every time I listened to this video I automatically chant the AUM mantra after the voice in the video says it. I normally say it within but after listening to this video I automatically say it out loud as I exhale. After a while I can feel the heat and tingling in my third eye. It's an amazing experience and I suggest you try it at least once.
