Hi!
This is my first post here
I've been reading a lot in the forum about how to visualize, and use your senses etc.
The thing is, I started visualizing a week ago, after reading the Amargi Hillier book. A friend told me to read it because of a break up I had recently, but after reading it I actually wanted to try it, not to get the girl, but to improve myself, healing my wounds and so on.
But in the book says you really have to feel the things you want, and I just don't know if I'm doing it ok. What I do is relax (sometimes I use Bwgen), and then imagine something and "remember" what it feels like to touch it.
For example... when I visualize an apple, I remember the feeling I have when I actually grab an apple (coldness, hardness, etc). Or I imagine myself in the sea, and I remember what I feel when a wave hits my body.
Is it ok or I'm doing it all wrong?
Thanks!!!

You are doing ok . Some people process experiences thru sight . Some do it thru sound . You do it thru physical sensations and emotions .

Great! Thanks!
And here is another question.
When I do my sessions, I know I'm in alpha state because my body starts to feel numb, specially my legs and arms. I also have some itches in different parts of the body, and this causes a little distraction.
Anyway, what I really wanted to ask was this: During my session, sitting or lying down, sometimes I start to fall sleep, but it's just a moment, I lose my visualisation, begin to almost dream (about anything, there's nothing in particular) with no control, and then I snap right back, making me lose focus.
Then I come back on focus with my visualisation, and it happens again and again, a lot of times, and finally it stops and can go back with I was imagining.
This moment is when I'm entering in theta state? if so, how can I control it? or avoid it so I don't lose focus?
Thanks!

I have another thread titled Energy and Thoughtform Projection 101 where you should check out the Mind's Eye Theater exercises and the Bushido Rice exercise . There are also some other things listed in that thread that you might consider doing .
