Experience with psy/Ki ball

I decided to try and manifest a Ki ball not to long ago, what I experienced was a feeling of almost instant cooling of the feet and some of my upper body and my hands and arms moving sub-consciously wider and wider from eachother. I then tried to bring them back together only to find that It felt like both my hands were pushing each other away. The feeling was like trying to push together magnets with the same polarization. This only stopped when I "shot" the ball away from me

Did I do this right or was I maybe doing something else?
