First, you must realize that there are various types of kinetic abilities, which I expect you have already researched through the group. It's not just a matter of thinking of the general talent, but of the subtle nuances and vast array that is available.
Secondly, you must gain permission. The Energyworkers do not grant permission, but we can help you get your case heard by a council who does give such permissions, then we remove some blockages and enliven the unused connections.
Not everyone is allowed to experience the powers. Your goals must fit with the universal goals of peace and the exploration of human power for the benefit of others and not for anyone's harm.
You cannot force such talents, there is no how-to book on it. It is an exercise of remembering how the universe works.
