Guys i have seen in this forum that everybody just view the thread.No body gives answers early.Pls reply on my question.
What is difference between psi and ki energy.And can i practice ki,psi and any type of kinessis together.I mean one by one.Is it a good way or it will be harmful to my health or mind.Or should i master one ability than go to another one.But it takes severel years to master.Should i practice all the different energy work together?
Sorry for the tons of questions but i am new to the energy work.Now you can understand.

Have patience.
Not everyone will be able to get to you right away.
As for your question.
1) Psi & Ki are inherently the same thing but different flavors of energetics.
2) Yes you can do it together. How are you practicing this exactly?
3) You should follow your intuition and if it tells you to do one at a time then do that..If it tells you do two two at a time..then do that..
