health potions and such?

I'm trying to learn about potions. does anyone have the Good recipes. specificaly for:

-healing potion
-potion to restore magick, or phycic, ect. abilities

or any other potions with useful results? please tell me if you've tried any that work.

I may not know any recipes, but I know you can charge a potion once or several times to serve a purpose.

You could just hold "an upcoming potion" in your hands (bottle of water will do for this too, maybe temperatures affect the effectiveness of the charge). Then visualize or imagine the goal is as real as possible in your potion. Also gaze at the potion and mentally somehow charge it with the intent it is supposed to carry out (mentally concentrate and hold the concept of healing in the liquid). Healing in this case?

Maybe if it's amplified with these recipes you get, it might get just working great. (the potion first, recipes etc... then the mental charging if you wish).

By the way, I'm in no way an expert in this field or anything, I'm just saying what I believe works best, because it has worked for me.
