My power is "knowing" what's going to happen.
E.g picking up a dice "I'm going to throw a 4" and I do first time. However I have no control over when it happens, and they usually only manifest for a short period of time (a few days) before disappearing again for a month or so. I've tried some of the tips that another user has given me, but they haven't helped.

If possible I'd like to be able to use my powers easily, or if that's not possible, to at least have these manifestions last longer and happen more frequently.

I also feel that I potentially can manipulate the future as well, and it would be great if that side could be opened up as well.
