Hi. I have just woken up from a very disturbing dream and would like to know if anyone can please help me.. I do not know whether you would you like the whole dream. Here are the disturbing parts..
We have just had a lecture and there is a bed in the classroom on which I am sleeping.. While sleeping I feel something pulling me, trying to force me and (I think) throw me against the blackboard. I am clinging as hard as I can to the bed and neither bed nor I are moving, but I can feel something being drawn out of me. I open my eyes to look and there is a figure, a yellow/white light in the shape of a girl, at the end on the bed. I close my eyes tightly again.
When I wake up in my dream I am still on the bed but this time there is a fireplace directly opposite me, and the fire is lit. The same thing happens, me being pulled towards that fire, but not moving whilst something being drawn out of me..
I have come to realise that dreams try to tell the dreamer something and sometimes scary dreams are a good thing and are only scary to get your attention.
I have been reading about mind work for the past year or so and started Falun Gong a few months ago (although I have not been able to regularly practise during the last month because of exams and the passing away of a family member).
Any help will be greatly appreciated.. |
