Hi,
I have a request to release my negative emotions and dispositions, namely feelings of despair, anger, jealousy, guilt, cynicism and pessimism. Instead, i want these feelings/emotions to be converted into positive thoughts and a self fulfilling and optimistic outlook on life.
I can sometimes keep a positive attitude, but i want to be able to maintain it on a consistent basis in every aspect of my life.
