wow, in the midst of doing this i realized that sending love to the body cures it of physical pain, stress and emotional problems. I really am experiencing tremendous physical changes in my life and have a significantly more positive outlook on my reality as i continue to do this. although my eye color is not the desired color YET, i can honestly feel the natural divine healing process taking place within my body, especially when i focus on my heart. Sorcerer are you able to explain what is happening and why?

I would also like to add that I just flew in to another country and was stressing a lot due to family complications causing body pain sensations in the heart, anxiety and panic attacks. I decided to apply my love meditation to the pains and it started to change everything and witnessed a profound change in the pains, as well as outlook on life.. they somehow diminished and love filled my entire body curing it of all resistance... i dont understand how this can be possible

Love is an energy which heals, awakens and evolves.

Love brings togetherness.It eliminates separation.Think about a world full of love.

When love is directed towards your body,it creates unity among the body cells.The cells are attracted to each other and come together as one..'Two heads are better than one'.They begin to work together as a team and bring about proper functioning of the body organs.

The universe operates in a concept of karma,when you send love to something,It sends love back to you.When you send love to your body,it also sends love back to you by doing what you want.

Love your body and become a natural biokinesis master.

i see and its deffenetely worth doing, is it possible to cure anxiety and panic attacks through meditation as well? im having slight panic attacks and my heart is speeding abnormally throughout the day, can love meditation cure this?

Yes.Simply direct the love to the lower emotions you are feeling.

I would suggest you create a different thread for love meditation as this thread is for change of eye color.

is there any new ways to see my progression fast. i didnt see the result. i really want my eye colour to change. this there any strong ways to improve my progression Smile

Hi Sorcerer

I just started doing my program today. I have no doubt it will work. But I have a question about your process: How did you do to avoid frustration or anxiety by looking at your image in the mirror before seeing any changes? Did you avoid looking at the mirror? Did you just pretend your eyes were the desired color? In my case I have to look at the mirror everyday, so, what can I do? Do you have any hint?

@lols ,you need to be patient and loving towards the situation and the results will come. Stressing over it as you are doing now will only block the progress.

I personally wasn't looking at the mirror much,maybe just a glance of my face without looking at the eyes.You get what i mean.Its not like i am a woman who has to look at the mirror every minute examining my whole face. Laughing

Well,if you can look at it without having doubts that its working ,then no problem. Wink

And i have to remind you all to love your body more to reduce the resistance from doubt and fear.

Thank you for replying. Actually I'm male. And in my case it's a bit hard not to look directly at the mirror, because I'm a stage actor. So, I have character's make up in my face almost everyday. Exclamation

I had an idea: every time I look at the mirror I'll pretend I'm using contact lenses, so my REAL eyes are BEHIND the ones I'm looking at in the mirror.

For everyone with doubt and fear:

It REALLY works loving your own body, like Sorcerer has suggested. I do that everyday.

And I think you all could try something else that I do:

Imagine specific people's reaction, when they see your new eyes. See them amazed with your appearance. Imagine what they'd say.

I, for example, imagine close friends (people I trust) and specific girls. When I do that I always laugh, cause I know exactly what kind of expression they'd do. That gives me a burst of confidence, makes me feel I have power to change anything in my body.

Dear Sorcerer, im amj. I know this thread is to discuss about the eye colour but i want to ask sth additional. A lot of people talks bad about my appearance and it's hurts me terribly. I was seeking for some ways to help me overcome this scenerio and luckily i found this thread. I feel very surprised when i read it. can i ask u sth, is it possible to get beautiful look and desired eye colour by this process? Sorry to be negative because i was terribly hurt by my friends and relative Confused

You don't need to change your looks at all.

In fact, what you need to do is to love and accept your body and as you love your body,people will see the light in it and begin to love your body as it is.

Mind me,even if you change your looks without loving your body,it may lead to more negative comments because of the increased self denial.People are only reacting to your energy field.

The way the outside world treats us is only a reflection of the way we treat ourselves.When you tell yourself..'I am beautiful'.This affirmation is imprinted in your energy field and the people that come across you will also react to the affirmation you are telling yourself and begin to compliment you on your beauty.

You must have heard the saying'''Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder''.This means body appearance is nothing but an illusion to our eyes.

True beauty is the 'love' we see in our own bodies.
