Hi,
I have had a proposal of a mega project of the size of roughly 115million$. Have been meeting investors and getting the finances with the idea of this project.
The investors seem coming, but past 5 days, the land I secured is shaky. The land owners with whom i was wanting to enter into an agreement with seem not interested anymore.
I have 3 more partners in the project, and one of them is the land expert, while I am arraging for all the money.
So at this stage, I am on a terrible spot since the land we had "secured" by way of putting some token amount with the owner might jst go away and my investors jst might be coming to have a look at the same!!!!
these investors are my best contacts, resources and very importantly my "one time use" contacts. the entire project i ventured with too much trust on the my main partner who supposedly had "secured" the land, and now the whole thing sounds shaky!!!
anyone who can pitch and tell me if this project of mine is really taking off or not!! I will be blessed if i knew, since alot of my reputation, my family's reputation is too at stake!!  |
