hi there,
this is my first time on here. i have read many messages and hoping someone will read this and give me advice or help needed. i dont know what to do about a neighbor that we have. for the past few years, he has done things to hurt us such as keying our cars, destroying our garden, calling the city to complain about our house. last night we think he threw some chemical on my car. i was so devastated. most of the neighbors on my street has heard how he treats his wife (swearing) and he has had verbal altercations with us. other people on our street have had negative things happen to them too. i would like this negativity that he has for us or our other neighbors to stop please. we have lived at our house for over 20 yrs, (the neighbor 3yrs)...i just want there to be peace...i dont understand what drives someone to intentionally hurt others...how can anyone benefit from causing pain to others?
any advice or prayers are greatly appreciated.
